Kathleen Boe
Executive Director
Kathleen brings extensive leadership experience from the private sector to her role as Executive Director, including leadership of operations for a Twin Cities-based global manufacturer. Kathleen first joined MRP as a volunteer, helping to launch the Riverfront Vitality Project. As Executive Director, Kathleen has overseen the growth of the Riverfront Vitality Project, launched the Riverfront Vitality Forums, and brought new attention to the potential of the Upper River through the Mississippi Minute Film Festival and the annual Riverfront Festival.
Kathleen has a passion for the value that the riverfront brings to the community. With her hiking group, she has explored the entire length of the Mississippi through the Twin Cities, from the Coon Rapids Dam to south of St. Paul.

Julie Madden
Finance Director
As a contract accountant, Julie Madden brings more than 20 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience with both businesses and nonprofit organizations. She serves as finance director, working closely with the finance committee, treasurer and executive director.
