After a decade of dormancy, the landmark Pillsbury ‘A’ Mill is being renovated into affordable apartments for artists. As part of their regular meeting, the St. Anthony Falls Heritage Board had a tour of the nearly-completed building on November 9th, and we took some impromptu photos of the stunning project that we thought deserved to be shared with you.
